buying your first car advice
55my first car
So your buying your first car huh???? There're a few key things you need to know and look for. One of the first things you need to look at is the PRICE. The second thing to look for is a REPUTABLE dealer. The last thing and the most important is the MAKE and MODEL. Now, while looking for your first car you can go to a big dealership or one of those used car lots. You may not know that used car lots and big dealerships both have ups and downs. I'll talk about that later.another key factor is how are you going to pay for your new car: LOAN, MORTAGE, PAID IN FULL, MOM AND DAD.
PRICE
How much are you thinking about paying or what is the maximum you can put down? The reason this is your, BUDGET. Knowing your budget before hand will successively help you in finding the right car for the right price. Lets say for instance you have 5,000 saved up, well for one you will not be able to get a spankin new car right off the top unless you have more funds coming in frequently. Now if your one of those people who have over 20,000 or more you can get a new car at your own will, but at a different cost. Price is so important because without it you'd be walking into the dealer's office blind and looking a bit foolish. I say this since without the price or any knowledge of what your looking for, your only looking at a car and the color that makes you look good in right? What happens when he says the car you want cost this much and you have to spend this much to drive out the lot? And you don't have it. Lost cause right? I can go into how much price really is important but i think you get the point.

CHOOSE YOUR DEALER
Now that you know much money you'll be working with the next thing on your list is the DEALER. Finding a dealer within your budget should be fairly easy since their everywhere virtually, just do a google search. NEW CAR dealers are the ones with those fancy words and do almost anything to get you in a car. that's fine but they almost always charge a couple thousand over price. Check KELLY BLUE BOOK for prices on the car you have in mind. The good thing about a new car is the warranty and you don't have to worry bout it breaking down, unless it was something you did. You know your not paying for a piece of crap at all. The downside is like i said they will say anything to get you in a car and do a little over charging. minor risk for a new car. However used cars that's a totally different ball game. Not saying that there's anything wrong with buying a USED CAR; in fact that's were i got my first car a used car dealer. The good thing is cheap, cheap, cheap, especially when your low on cash. Just as a new car dealer they want to get you in a car and out. Most used cars are a good buy, but come at a risk. You dont get a WARRANTY, once you drive off that lot that's it, if it breaks down oh well. Since there's more of a risk with used cars i'll be talk more about it. One get a CAR FAX, do a test drive, and find out what exactly your getting into. The wild factor is you can get a perfect used car without any worries, maybe a fix here and there, or one that you buy and spend more than what you paid on it. You don't need much money and a lot of times you can drive off the lot with it being paid in full. If you can't do that then you put enough down and pay a low sum every month. In most cases it shouldn't take no more than a year to pay off. Either way you go make sure it's right for you.
COLOR CAR AND THATS ALL FOLKS
After you get everything settled last within your budget and the dealer you chose pick the car that's right for you. That's it. I can go deep into detail but i know you wanna know exactly what you need to know not a bunch of crap. So read this take what i said into thought. The only things you really need to know is the price/budget, dealer, and the car you can afford. So now that you know the basics getting your first car shouldn't be so hard or intimidating. Thanks for reading.
